Community Awareness

Shriners Hospitals for Children
By taking a percentage of sales from the Manor Collection and donating to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, Integra Fabrics hopes to motivate others in the industry to reach out and find other ways in which we together can make a difference for the children with serious health needs by contributing. Debbie Nance, President of Integra Fabrics said, "Children in need hold a special place in most people’s hearts and we at Integra Fabrics are proud to join with the Shriners Hospitals to support their efforts. To contribute to an organization that provides free extensive specialized health care for children in need is one way we can make a difference in many lives!" Arbor Day Foundation
A percentage of sales from the Integra Environment Collection goes towards contributing to The Arbor Day Foundation, Integra Fabrics hopes to inspire others in the industry to support this philanthropic effort and find other ways in which they can contribute as well. Chad Fisher, Vice President of Sales at Integra Fabrics said, "To really make an impact, Integra Fabrics has taken the initiative to give back and help fight global warming." He went on to give more details about the Arbor Day Foundation and the immense effect trees have on our environment. "All Vendors in our industry now provide sustainable fabric, Integra is trying to do more than simply provide the fabric – we are actually taking the steps to build a more eco-friendly environment." You can find more information by visiting The Arbor Day WEBSITE!

Inside Integra
Along with our support of the above mentioned non-profit organizations, Integra Fabrics has also taken some internal steps to promote a more green-friendly environment within our own building. Approximately 50% of the lights were taken out around the building in order to reduce energy needs, all aluminum cans, paper and cardboard items are recycled, and filtered water is provided to cut back on the use of plastic bottles. These are just a few things Integra has initiated – what is your office doing to support this global movement? We’d love to hear your ideas!
